Breathe

It seems simple enough, breathe,

When you breathe notice the rhythm of the breath. Is it quick paced and shallow or is it slow and even? These can be indicators as to whether or not your body is in rest and renew or fight and flight. Where are you now?

When you come to the mat, as you move your body, can you link the breath to movement.
